Ashes, Ashes…

Jason and I went back to check on our house this morning….
It is covered in ash, and a smells like smoke, but is still standing!   (Praise the Lord!)  The hill at the end of our street is burnt - another vivid, daily reminder of God’s sovereignty and protection.
